9 years!

Well, ok, you got me.... it's 9 years and 1 day now.

I was going out to see Love Actually at Kamimine SATY with my friend. Earlier that day I had started talking to this guy online who was back in Australia (surely it's not dodgy to say you met your love online anymore? Makes me feel like a bit of a faker, even to this day!).

He was really funny and we got along really well. I went to the movie and the next day we kept chatting.

(It wasn't a dating site, more of a friendship site. It doesn't exist anymore. My profile had the title of "Space travel is the answer!" - yep, always been a bit cheeky).

So-o yeah.

If you told me then that 9 years later we'd be living in my hometown having eloped, combined surnames, have 3 kids and a house, 2 cats (one really stupid one) and things would be pretty damn good.... I don't know if I would have believed you!

8 and a half year ago.
We took some "regal drugs" (mushrooms?) and went to Disneyland.
It's a small world after all!

9 years can go pretty fast!
